How should I print my artwork?

You can either go to local print shop, such as Walgreens, Fedex Office, or Office Depot, or you can use one of the many online printers, such as Finerworks, Mpix, or Shutterfly.

What paper should be used for printing?

Cardstock or heavyweight matte paper would work well and be budget-friendly. If you are looking for a more museum-quality look, Premium Giclée is an excellent paper choice. You can even print directly onto a canvas!

How do I download the files?

Your printable downloads will be accessible by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. Find your order in your downloads list and at the bottom of the order there will be a link to a PDF file. Alternatively, if you purchased as a guest and not a registered user, you will automatically receive an email that contains the link to the PDF. Click this link to open the PDF. From there, you can click “CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD” to access the files you purchased.

Do I need Dropbox to download the files?

No, you do not need Dropbox. When you click on the link in the PDF, it will take you to Dropbox and give you the option to either get the app or continue to website. Select the option to “Continue to website”. This will take you directly to the folder or folders with your image files.
