Custom and personalised orders

*Commissions are currently CLOSED* Please get in touch to arrange a bespoke piece - my work is hand painted, or hand drawn. Therefore turnaround for original artwork is a little longer, usually 2-4 weeks - but can vary depending on the size/detail. Please let me know well in advance if needed for a special date or as a gift. NOTE: (I am currently unable to send original pieces or glass frames overseas due to increased courier costs) All of my greetings cards can be personalised- and I may also be able to customise certain prints for a personal touch. Just message me before placing you order so we can discuss ideas. Returns are not accepted for custom and personalised orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to post orders within 1-3 working days of receiving payment, however items made to order (such as prints) may take longer. You will be notified if you have requested a custom order, as this may vary. UK orders -Royal Mail estimated 1-4 working days after dispatch. International orders - Standard Airmail - 1-3 weeks on average (excl. weekends) However, please allow for holidays and potential delays in the postal system. See individual item page for estimates for your country, and contact me if your order has not arrived after the estimate. Orders do not include full tracking, unless upgraded at checkout, or the parcel is over a certain amount/original art. Unfortunately, I can no longer ship to NI or EU 💔 due to GPSR.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Please be aware - all my items ship from the United Kingdom and therefore some international orders may be subject to small customs fees or tax duties, which I cannot be held responsible for. Unfortunately it isn't possible for me to know whether they will be charged/amount. Please contact your local post office for more info. All US shipments will be sent Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP), avoiding any surprise fees at your doorstep. Whilst significant delays in customs are unlikely, I offer shipping upgrades available at checkout on select items so you can track your order - please note this doesn't speed up the delivery but offers peace of mind.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Sending a gift? I can include a little personalised postcard, just let me know in the notes section at checkout if you'd like this including 😊 If you'd like to send directly to the recipient that is no problem - just ensure their address is filled in at checkout. If you'd like a greetings card sent directly to a recipient, I can print a message inside for you! Just ensure their address is filled in at checkout, mark as gift and put your message to be printed in the '+ add a note' section at checkout. If you have any issues with packaging at all- please let me know and I will resolve this with you immediately. Careful and thoughtful packaging is highly important to me, to ensure your item is received in perfect condition, ready to gift!

Can I use your designs on my products?

Sorry, I don’t offer digital copies of my existing art for personal use, or reproduction due to copyright. However, please get in touch if you'd like to collaborate on a new project, discuss options for product licensing, or bespoke weddings invites for example. Please be aware that I retain all copyright, and this does not transfer with the sale of artwork or a physical item, unless otherwise agreed in contract. Prints: Fine art prints are printed onto archival paper with high quality pigment inks that are made to last. However, it’s recommended that prints aren’t displayed in strong direct sunlight to avoid any potential damaging UV rays that may occur over time. Original artwork: You may wish to professionally frame an original painting to ensure longevity of the piece, or use an acid free/archival mount board to protect the watercolour paper. As with any artwork, do not display in strong direct sunlight. Coasters + pocket mirrors: Wipe surface clean with slightly damp cloth or microfibre towel.

Eco friendly info 🌱

I'm passionate about protecting our lovely planet and conserving our biodiversity, and do my best to ensure the materials I use have minimal impact. Most of my packaging is plastic free where possible and can either be recycled or industrially composted. I also try to reuse any plastic packaging / jiffy bags I might receive to minimise waste. My greetings cards are printed onto paper that is recyclable, FSC certified, chlorine-free and wood-free, and my gift wrap can also be recycled too. Prints are packaged with care in cello bags made from vegetable starch, gift wrapped with tissue in a flat cardboard box, and sealed with recyclable paper tape! I'm always on the look out for new ways my small business can help protect our environment.

How are your designs created?

All of my designs are hand illustrated, either drawn in inks or hand painted with watercolours. I mostly work with traditional materials, but occasionally hand draw designs in procreate, and enjoy combining both. All greetings cards, giclée prints, bookmarks and wedding stationery are printed by myself in my studio. I work closely with carefully selected printers to produce my washi, notepads and decorations. I do not outsource shipping to any third parties, all items are shipped directly from my studio. I am vehemently against the use of AI. Professionally printed in my home studio with lucia pro pigment inks, onto beautiful archival Bockingford inkjet paper 190gsm. This is a lovely high quality paper, with a very subtle surface texture. The print is archival, and will last for many, many years to come!
The print will be signed on the front, and on the back it will also be signed, titled and dated.
Carefully and thoughtfully packaged to ensure a safe arrival to your wall!

About 'Giclée' prints:
A giclée print is a term used in digital printing. When using an inkjet printer with pigment inks and archival paper, this process results in a superior, high-quality fine art print, which is fade resistant and made to last for hundreds of years without deteriorating. Giclée prints are often hard to differentiate from original artwork.
