Goal Planner And Habits Tracker Google Sheet Template | 31 Day Habit Tracker | Habit Tracker Sheets | Habit Tracker Spreadsheet | Habits Spreadsheet | Habit Google Sheets | Atomic Habits | Daily habits | Yearly Habit Tracker | Monthly Habit Tracker | Fun Habit Tracker

If you are tired of New Year Resolutions that don't last, you absolutely need this Goal & Habit Tracker!

After reading the book titled "The 12 Week Year: Get More Done in 12 Weeks than Others Do in 12 Months" (which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND), I have created a basic version of this template for personal use throughout 2022. If you treat a week as a month, and a month like a year, the amount of things you are able to accomplish is absolutely unreal! Everyone who wants to create the life of fulfilled dreams needs this!

With this Goal & Habit tracker template, you do not just plan at the start of the year, forget about it and hope for the best. You plan for the year and then break the big goals into achievable and actionable habits and tasks for the month, week and day. You review your goals and priorities on monthly and weekly basis, so you can maximise your learnings and stay focused on goals. You track completion of habits each month and oversee overall performance throughout the year. And the best part is that you collect points and exchange it for rewards, with the support of a cute squirrel and daily quotes that just gives you that extra kick to be motivated - yes even on Monday!

Are you ready to achieve your dreams? You got this! x

The template is currently set to 2026 but can be changed easily to any other year plus I will be updating them so you do not have to :)

This version has European dating (Mon-Sun).
