Your products are wrapped with bubbles and shipped in boxes supported with styrofoam. We take great care in this process.

What should I do if my order arrives broken?

We pack it very carefully so that your product does not break. If it still breaks, please contact us so we can create a solution immediately. We offer you two options. If you want, we can refund or re-ship your order for free.

How are the products made?

The technique I work with is Flame Glass Forming Technique. We have a double-sided torch. We use gas and oxygen together. By oxygen we reach 1000 degrees. Glass begins to melt at 800 degrees. In this way, we melt and shape the glass. Finally, we throw it into the sand and gradually cool it to prevent cracking. Glass is a very delicate and special material. I produce carefully as handmade for our valued customers.
