I can make signs that are 6"x6" up to 11”x11” depending on the design. Also, the size may be a little off due to cutting, could be up to a 1/2". The wood I use is a 3/4"-1" Thick Pine Wood. I am no longer offering the larger size signs, mainly due to wood costs and shipping costs that go along with the larger sizes. I'm trying to keep my work reasonably priced, so if I did offer larger items, the prices would make a rather large jump, and I don't want to have to do that.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do offer gift wrapping for $3, this includes a basic giftwrap that goes along with what your order is for, if I'm made aware of what its for. I also include a print off card with your message, if asked. Cards are free without giftwrap. Also, signs are usually packaged in new, plain brown boxes. Sometimes a sign may be put into a used Amazon box or another used box that is small enough to fit a sign. Also, the shipping label does have my name on the return label, not my shop name!

The 2 Weeks does NOT include shipping time! Shipping can be an additional 2-10 days.

For the String Art, the best way I have found to clean the string, is by using a Lint Roller. These can be found at almost any shopping or grocery store (Walmart, Dollar Store, Target, etc..) You can even use tape to pick off any lint or dust that may accumulate! For the Tumblers, the care instructions are on the listings, as well as shipped with the tumbler or cup.

As for shipping, which has gotten much more expensive for larger items, like the ones I sell. If you are in a MT or PST state, I will ship using “Ground Advantage” with USPS, this saves money and is only 1-2 days longer than priority. Shipping is being done on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. This is to go with my husbands work schedule, since he is the one who drops packages off at the post office, on the way to work. If you're package has a shipping label created for a day other than those, your package will be dropped off the shipping day after label created. (ie, label created on Sunday, will be shipped on that Tuesday, created on a Wednesday will be shipped Thursday, etc).

Please know that the "delivery estimate" is NOT guaranteed. There could be many reasons as to why a package isn’t to you on that exact date. If you need a package by the 3 weeks, please message me, I am more than willing to help get a sign to you by when you need it.

How quick do I respond to messages?

I'll usually respond within 24 hours. I'm usually on here in the evenings/night, but I do try and read messages and respond ASAP.

Addresses and Delivery

I do not change addresses! Etsy prints off address labels how they are written in by the customer. However, if you need an address changed, before shipping, please message me and I will be more than happy to put a note in the order to change it before printing off the label. Just send me the new address through messaging :) Also, if a package states that its been delivered, unfortunely I can't do anything about it. In the past, I've tried contacting several PO's about this and they literally say to me, "It says its been delivered on our end, there's nothing we can do", so I can't even file an insurance claim. So they are no help in this situation. I'm sorry :(

The back of the sign looks a little messy or the wood is not in the best shape?

I always use the best looking side of the wood as the front!! Yes, the back of the wood can have a little damage (bad side markings from the saw, a dent, a crack), its wood and this stuff happens! This is why its the back of the sign, the area nobody will see once its hanging up. The front of the sign, for the most part is in great shape!! Wood does have wear, its not perfect, even at the store. I do stain the back of the wood, as well, this can help cover up some of the damage there may be. But, if there is damage to the back and not the front, please know that the wood will be okay, its handled be beating it with a hammer, so I'm sure it'll be fine hanging up :) After the sign is made, I put a stamp and sawtooth hanger on back!

To go along with the previous post, wood is natural, it has dents and dings, that aren't detrimental to the piece. Some pieces may have deep scratches or large knots, this is usually covered up my the stain, however, not always. You may see this on your wood. I try my best to cover it up with the piece, but its not always possible. I just want to make customers aware of this.
