Care instructions for Silicone Molds

- Do not use torch or heat gun when resin is in the mold. Silicone will be damaged due to heat exposure. Use 90% alcohol in a fine-mist bottle to spray and burst bubbles. - Use a piece of tape to gently press down and pick up dust in your mold. Do not rub to scrub your mold. - I wrap all new molds with saran wrap to prevent dust, so when your open the wrap you might see some lines on the mold surface caused by saran wrap clinging to the mold. These lines will not affect your pour and will go away overnight or after the 1st pour. - Please inspect molds before using. I will NOT issue refund or exchange on used molds for any reasons.

Cancellation and Return Policy

CANCELLATION: You can contact me directly to request cancellation within 6 hours after placing an order. RETURN: I do not accept return or exchange on USED molds for any reason. If your mold arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll gladly resolve the issue. If you change your mind upon receiving an order, you may return unused molds within 14 days for a refund of the item price minus the original shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Who pays for custom charges/ duties/ taxes for international parcels?

Custom charges, duties, or taxes levied by your country is out of my control and they are 100% Buyers’ responsibility. Please check your country’s rule on these charges before placing an order.

What to do if package delivery is delayed by carrier?

Carrier delays may occur at any time due to high shipping volume, severe weather, or other transit issues. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is out of Seller’s control. Refunds cannot be issued for packages that are delayed but still in transit. If your tracking status shows “Delayed” or “Arriving Late”, please patiently wait as I cannot speed up delivery time. If your package has not been delivered 15 days after the shipment date, please contact me. I will file a claim with the carrier, which may take up to 7 days to process. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, a full refund will be issued. If tracking shows “Available for Pick Up,” please contact your local post office or carrier to arrange pickup.

What to do if your tracking status says “Delivered” but you don’t see your package?

As a small handmade business, I’m unable to replace or refund an order once Delivery is confirmed by carrier. Insured mail only covers packages that are lost In Transit, not packages that are marked as "Delivered". If USPS tracking status shows “DELIVERED” but you don't see your package, try these steps: - Wait a couple days to see if package will show up. - Check with neighbors in case it was delivered by mistake. - A package is always scanned upon delivery. Please contact your local post office or mailman for GPS location and delivery confirmation. If delivered to the wrong address, your mailman will be able to retrieve it. -If a package was delivered correctly but stolen from your property, it is not Seller's responsibility.

What is the standard shipping time?

I usually wrap, make label, and drop off orders within 5-7 business days. Sometimes I ship sooner (between 1-3 business day) depending on item availability and the post office run date. In rare cases when there is a delay that cause your order to be shipped past the 7 business-day deadline, I will contact you in advance to inform about the reason of delay. Delivery time will depend completely on the carrier. The Estimated Delivery time that Etsy shows after you place an order is NOT a guarantee. It is out of Seller's control if packages are delayed in transit or delivered in errors.

What happens when a package is "Returned to Sender"?

Buyers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at check out. Orders are always shipped to the exact address provided by the Buyers. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the original shipping cost (including orders that qualified for free shipping) will be deducted from the refund. Buyer will be refunded the item price minus the initial shipping cost. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid delays or additional costs.

Can I make molds out of your silicone molds?

The intention of my silicone molds is for resin casting only. Please feel free to sell the resin products you make with my molds. But I am not okay with you duplicating my silicone mold designs or use my mold as a part of your mold and sell it as your own.

Right to Refuse Service

As a small business owner, I’m committed to maintaining a respectful environment for everyone involved. I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel and refund orders, or terminate communication at my sole discretion if a customer engages in any of the following: - Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior. - Harassment or name-calling; social media threats, defamation, or review extortion. - False accusations or chargeback abuse. - Excessively unreasonable demands and disruptive conduct. If a customer acts in bad faith or violates store policies, I may cancel the order and issue a refund at my discretion. I strive to resolve concerns professionally and fairly, but mistreatment of my business will not be tolerated.
