Do you provide 1-Day or rushed shipping?

As a standard we do not provide rushed shipping because it is usually cost prohibitive. All orders with special requests would need to be handled before placing your order. We encourage you to contact us before you make a purchase. We offer no guarantees of rushed shipping availability.

When will my order arrive?

Our goal is to print and ship all orders within 2 business days. Once shipped out, US orders should arrive within 2-4 business days (depending on USPS). International orders usually arrive within 7-15 business days, but can take up to four weeks to arrive (depending on USPS and customs).

My order has been marked delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

WhiteWolfeDesign is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by USPS. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you contact your local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and have the missing package investigated.

• OUR PROCESS •
We print our garments by hand in Columbus, Ohio with eco-friendly water based inks. Water based inks produce a super soft, smooth and breathable print. We do not use vinyl. Our prints will never crack or peel like screen printing and iron on transfers.

• SIZING •
Please see images with sizing chart details. All of our tees and sweatshirts are a unisex fit.

WOMEN For a relax fitting tee order the size you normally wear. If you would like a more fitted look then order a size down.

MEN For a more relaxed fitting tee order up a size.

• MATERIAL •
Tees:
Made from 100% Cotton except Gray: 90/10 cotton/polyester.

Sweatshirts:
50% Cotton / 50% Polyester Fleece

• CARE •
Machine wash in cold water, inside out, and tumble dry low.

• SHIPPING •
All orders are printed by hand at our shop in Columbus, OH and most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Free shipping via USPS First Class Mail (3 to 5 days transit time).
