Yes! I offer customization options for many of my designs, including adding text, adjusting colors, or personalizing a lake name, town, state, or year. If you don’t see the exact customization you need listed, feel free to message me, I love collaborating!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 days, though shipping times can vary. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. A note on production time: Many items are made especially for you. Producing items on demand (instead of in bulk) helps reduce overproduction and waste, so thank you for supporting thoughtful purchasing.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?

I start processing orders quickly to keep things moving, so I can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you have an urgent concern, please message me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’m so sorry! Please message me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. I’ll work with you to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my printed apparel?

Printed apparel will naturally soften and take on a more “lived-in” look over time, but you can help your design last longer with a few simple care steps: Machine wash cold, inside-out; Lay flat or tumble dry low; Avoid fabric softener and bleach; Do not iron directly on the design

What is Direct to Garment (DTG) printing?

Many of my shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are printed using a method called Direct-to-Garment (DTG). DTG printing uses water-based inks and a specialized printer to create detailed, full-color designs directly on the fabric. The result is a high-quality print that many people describe as having a soft, “favorite tee” look.

Do you have a Therapy Dog / Therapy Animal shop?

Yes! I’m currently moving my therapy dog and therapy animal designs into a new sister shop called Therapy Animal Co. (coming soon).
