Where do I enter my monogram initials (or other customization info)?

If a listing is personalizable, but does not have the personalization box, you can enter any information needed for me to complete your order into the "note to seller" section at checkout. If you forget to enter this information, just contact me and I will make a note of it.

Can you do my logo as a decal?

It depends on the logo. Contact me with a high quality picture of your logo (or let me know if you have a vector file), and let me know the approximate size you need. Custom orders are always welcome, feel free to contact me!

How do I remove a decal?

Use a hair dryer to heat the decal thoroughly before peeling it off. This will prevent damage to the surface below. Any residue left behind is non-permanent, and can be removed with most cleaning products, or warm, soapy water.

Is your vinyl reflective? What does silver, gold, or copper look like?

All of my vinyl is glossy, with the exception of Matte White, Matte Black, and Matte Daffodil. It is not reflective unless it specifically states it, i.e. Reflective White. Silver, Gold, and Copper are matte metallic (pictures available). I do offer reflective vinyl for an additional cost. If you are interested in it, but the listing does not offer that option, contact me for a quote before purchasing.

What temperature should the surface be to apply my decal?

I recommend applying a decal on a surface that is between 50°F and 90°F, but 65°F to 85°F is optimal to ensure that the decal adheres properly, and will be durable.

This service is for a livestock/ranch brand only. Logo design services are available, but you will need to contact me for a quote. Text can also be added to your brand for an additional cost.

• Getting Started •

1. Place the order. Provide the initial(s) you would like, and any symbol, layout, style preferences, or ideas you may have.

2. I'll get started on the brand design right away. The proof will be sent to you when it is ready, usually within 24 hours on business days.

3. Approve the design as-is, or request to use the available minor revision, for adjusting something small like a symbol, the line thickness, or other minor detail.

4. Once the final design is finished, let me know the file format(s) you would like your brand to be delivered in. This service includes up to 3 formats. Please note that embroidery formats are only available for an upcharge.

5. The files will be made available for you to download directly from your invoice.

Responses to will need to be within 7 days of my latest proof/message, or I'll need to deliver the brand as-proofed.

I reserve the right to display your brand in my portfolios, as well as advertising and social media. Your brand will not be sold to other customers.
