To wear, gently push the ends away from each other before threading through your piercing. Be sure not to pull the ends apart as this will misshapen the earring. Once in place, push the ends back together to close the gap and pinch to align if needed. A quick how to guide will be included with each order for easy opening and closing of your earrings.

Each piece has been designed with sustainability in mind, every cut-off metal right down to dust is reused and recycled within the studio. Our sterling silver is recycled and ethically sourced and all items are made in small batches or to order to combat overproduction and produce minimal waste.

Silver, brass and copper does naturally darken over time which can be very beautiful. You can make your piece shine by gently buffing it clean with a soft polishing cloth.

To keep your item looking its best avoid contact with perfume, lotions, or any chemicals and store in an air tight container. If your item comes into contact with water, wipe dry immediately to prevent tarnishing and darkening of the metal. Care instructions will be provided with your order.

If you decide that your purchase isn't for you or you would like a different size, you can return it in it's original condition, within 14 days of delivery (excluding earrings). Please contact us to arrange your return and we will refund the purchase price on receipt of the returned item. Please note, in the event of a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees incurred.

Please note we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. However if your item has arrived unexpectedly damaged please contact us and we will resolve this with you as quickly as possible.
