Gift wrapping and packaging

Stationery sets are packaged in clear boxes, while prints are provided rolled unless a frame was ordered. I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

I offer prints from 4x6 inches - 20x30inches. I can provide larger sizes and different orientations, including square formats. Please message me if you do not see a size you need that is listed. Digital Prints, please review the listing to see the sizes you can print. For stationery, I offer A6 in my shop for foiled items but please message me if you are looking for other sizes. All digital invitations are 5x7 in size. If you are looking for custom sizes for instant downloads, please feel free to message me.

How do I access/download my purchases? (Not Corjl Templates)

VIA EMAIL Once payment has cleared you will receive an email from Etsy. -If you can't find it check your spam folder and that you are using the email account that you provided Etsy. - If you checked out as a guest, you will receive your files by email. -If you are unable to find it, send me a message. VIA ETSY - When signed into your account go to: http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases . -The Etsy app on mobiles and tablets does not yet allow you to download the files to your device. -You will be able to access your digital downloads through Etsy indefinitely! - If you have issues refer to this useful article. https://help.etsy.com/hc/articles/115013328108

How many times can I use my downloaded files?

You can use your downloads as many times as you like for personal use and you can download them through Etsy indefinitely. - Feel free to print them as many times as you like for yourself or for your friends and family! (However redistribution of the files and commercial use, including sharing and editing the files, is strictly prohibited.) My Corjl Templates do have an expiration date, please refer to each listing to see how many days you have until the file/order expires. It is usually 60 days for wedding related templated and 45 days for everything else.

Are your artworks copyrighted?

Yes. All artworks, graphics, and templates are copyrighted by Patrina's Paperie. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited without express written permission. Patrina's Paperie retains all copyright ownership and all rights to exploit its copyrights where applicable. You may print for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The user assumes all risks of copyright infringement. DO NOT submit files to print wholesale companies such as AliExpress, AliBba, etc, or print-on-demand companies such as Printiful, etc (unless it's for personal use only).

What is an aspect ratio?

An aspect ratio is the ratio of the width to the height of an image. We use aspect ratios because many of the common print sizes share aspect ratios. This means for each file, you can print in a different number of sizes. - You will be provided with several large high-resolution files which can effectively be shrunk to fit smaller paper sizes with the same aspect ratio. - Use the chart in the listing to determine what the correct aspect ratio is for the size you would like to print. This is the file you should use, or distribute to your print services. - Ensure you check 'fit to page' when printing at home. - We do not advise going larger than the sizes listed in the product listing. -Any other sizes needed, please feel free to messag us

What paper do you recommend for the digital prints?

-I recommend at least 200 GSM or higher for the thickness/weight of the paper. For the best, longest-lasting results, I recommend fine art paper if available. -Matte photo paper and smooth card stock works well. I prefer matte paper with prints as it eliminates glare. If you prefer some shine, semi-gloss or glossy photo paper work. This option works best with high color or photographic prints. Glass frames work to add shine, or just remove the glass. . Feel free to use color instead of white for your paper choice. The quality of your print will be as good as the quality of the printer and paper used. - Due to differences between monitor and printer calibrations, the colors may appear differently in print than they do on screen.

What is a .zip file, and how do I open it?

A .zip file is a collection of files compressed into a single smaller file. This makes it easier to send you a range of different sizes at once. Most operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, can open zip files without any additional software. Simply double-click on your zip file to access the files contained within. - Some of the files I provide are larger than what Etsy allows to upload on their site so I use a third-party website, WeTransfer, to send you a link to download those larger files. once your purchase is complete you will need to download the instructions on how to receive the files. Just simply, copy and paste the link shown in a new browser and download it to your computer. -Please reach out if you have any questions.

How Do I Access my Corjl Template Order?

After you purchase you should receive an email from Corjl.com with a link to your order, this may take a few minutes. Create a login and continue to edit your template. If you don't receive an email from Corjl, go to Corjl.com and enter your email address and order number to access your order. If you have paid using Apple Pay and opt to use the "Hide My Email" feature when paying, then Corjl is not able to send the order email to your email address. Instead, they are given a "dummy" email address that usually ends with "@privaterelay.appleid.com." You must be logged in with a verified email address before completing your purchase or create a Corjl account with the correct email address.

Custom and Personalized Orders and Pricing/Sales

I offer custom orders for select items, depending on availability. Feel free to reach out for details on my design fee, which varies by project. Please note that I provide a proof for viewing only after a purchase has been made, as design work begins upon payment. Additionally, while I do run sales in my shop, prices cannot be adjusted for purchases made before a sale begins.
