Match your own body measurements against the chart to identify the size that will suit you best. *** Which measurements should I provide to find the right size?
To ascertain the correct size, the key measurements you'll need are the chest and waist circumferences. If  you're taller than 175 cm, we suggest opting for 1 size up.  

***How should I take measurements?

• For the Bust measurement, see the video at 2:12. 
• For the Waist measurement, skip to 2:56. 
• Back Length can be found at 5:41. 
Front Length should be measured similarly to Back Length, but along the front of the body instead. 
To determine Sleeve Length, choose an item of clothing with sleeves that fit well and measure from the shoulder seam down to the sleeve's end. 

***How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies based on the destination country. On average, delivery takes 2-5 business days for the US; 5-7 business days for European countries, non-EU European countries, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and Ireland; and 7-10 business days for Australia. Please note these times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 
If you require your order by a specific date, we highly recommend selecting the express delivery option (takes from 2 business days) at checkout to ensure timely arrival. 

***Where are orders sent from?
All our products are dispatched from our partner's warehouse located in the US, allowing us to guarantee dependable and prompt shipping to destinations worldwide. 

***How long is the process time?
Typically, it takes us 1-3 business days to proceed orders. Production time for some models and custom orders can reach up to 10 days. Please reach out if you need to have your order as soon as possible and we will do our best to speed up the process.  

***Can you make a product faster?
Should you require a quicker processing time, kindly note this in your order's comment section. While we aim to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, please understand that expedited processing cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, we provide an express processing option for select models. If you're limited in time, please feel free to get in touch. 

***What is your return & exchange policies?
We do not offer returns, but we are happy to accommodate exchanges for all orders, with the exception of custom orders, orders that include customizations, or items purchased on sale. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can work together to find a solution.

***How to exchange an item?
Should you decide to exchange your order, kindly get in touch with us for the return address details. You'll be responsible for returning the item to our partner's warehouse in the USA on your own. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with sending out the replacement as previously arranged (unless different terms have been specified).

***Where can I find product color information?
Details about color options are provided in the description section of each product listing.

***How do I know if the color of the product will match my dress?
Should you have any doubts about whether the product color will complement your dress, please feel free to send us a photo of your dress. We'd be delighted to offer our advice.  


***Can the product be made in different color?
This option is available for specific items. Please share your preferences with us, and we'll do everything in our power to create the ideal product tailored to your needs. 

***Can an item be ironed?
We do not recommend ironing the items, just treating them with a steam. If you do not have a steamer or iron with steam you can go to a dry cleaner, they usually have a steam service.

***How to clean an item?
Each item can either be taken to a professional dry cleaner or hand-washed in cold water using a gentle liquid detergent, followed by laying it flat to dry.
