I try my best to work with quality materials to create my designs, however, every piece of jewelry should not be worn while showering, swimming, and washing hands or dishes (Rings). You should always remove rings before washing hands or applying lotion to prevent soap and debris from getting into the materials. If jewelry arrives broken, please do not attempt to repair it on your own! Contact me and we can work together to find a solution.

Some items are sized to order and double checked before shipment. If you received an incorrect size, please contact me and I will do my best to provide you with the correct size.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every purchase is wrapped with care and presented beautifully no matter the occasion! Each purchase comes boxed or wrapped with a Jack Street Designs sticker and business card, and then wrapped in bubble wrap. Which is then sealed in a bubble padded envelope or box depending on the quantity/weight of items. If you need something more special please let me know and we may be able to work something out at additional costs.

🐈‍⬛ Here is my guide to keeping your handmade jewelry clean, shiny and long lasting. Naturally metals oxidize when exposed to natural elements.

• When you’re not wearing your jewelry, it should be kept in a box with a lid. It doesn’t have to be a jewelry box but any container with a lid will do.

• All of my pendants come with a little polishing cloth to keep your pendants shiny. Use this cloth (or any soft, dry cloth) and rub the metal until it shines!

• Be sure to remove jewelry before washing your hands, swimming or showering/bathing. While some crystals can get wet, many should not be submerged in water. Keep your jewelry dry.

• Take off your jewelry before exercising or going to bed as your jewelry can get lost or damaged.
