When you don't wear your jewelry, keep it in it's own box to protect from humidity, perfumes and chemicals etc. Clasp of the chain could be either on the right edge or left edge, unless it is specified by the customer it will be randomly.

If the item you purchased is out of stock, we are sending you a message and an e-mail about that to let you know. We give you some options such as similar items or we give you an information about when our workshop can be able to make the item you want. If you are okay with that we change the delivery day and manage to ship your item until that date. If you don’t want another item or if you don’t want to wait, we can make a fully refund right away! If you don't contact us back by the shipment date, we change the delivery date to 14 days automatically and we take an action like we will send your package to you by that date🎁

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a secure package drop off point as well as managing communication with the cargo company to receive their package. Packages marked delivered will not be refunded. If a package is stolen or otherwise disappears after delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local Post Office.

When a customer wants their package to be shipped to inside of European Union especially to the countries such as France, Switzerland, Austria, Finland etc. we want their phone number since the cargo company wants it. As So Mini Jewelry, we are not responsible if the package would not be delivered because of the cargo company couldn't contact the customer. Customer is responsible to provide a secure drop off point and provide their completed address as well as communicating with the cargo company. If the package returns because of cargo company couldn't contact to receiver or couldn't find their address, there will be no refund since as So Mini we will be charged of return shipment costs.

We are doing our best to ship the package following day if the item is in our stocks which usually is. We might need extra day or two in the workshop, especially when it comes to gold items which are made to order. We also are doing our best with double-check and quality control to ensure that the item is well made with no issues which happens since they are all handmade jewelry. After we ship the item it is all up to the professional cargo companies we work with. We are not guaranteeing for a package to be arrived in estimated time of delivery but we definitely are always here to help to communicate with them!

If the shipment cannot be delivered to the receiver, such as because of inaccurate address, we receive information from the cargo company. It is So Mini Jewelry's responsibility to inform the customer and give them a deadline if there is. At that point, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the cargo company and pick their mail up. There is no refund if the package returns to the sender because of the customer didn't communicate or receive the package in time since the shipment will come all the way back and So Mini Jewelry will be charged extra for that.

Customers who wish to update their shipping address will not be updated after their order has been shipped. It is customer's responsibility to provide their complete address.

There is no refund, return or replacement on the sale items. Especially if the item is 70%, 60%, and 50% off. Personalised items cannot be returned as well.
