Option B (Dress back length from waist 66 cm):

Exactly the kind of pattern I was looking for, inspired by Pinterest. The patterns could have been arranged so that they could have been cut directly with the seam allowances, now I have to draw the pattern on a separate piece of paper because the pieces are too close together. It's good that all the sizes are on top of each other to make it easier to see where to enlarge or reduce if necessary if you are between two sizes.
