1. Please over look your mold before using for any imperfections that may have been missed.
Returns are acceptable during 3 days after reciving the mold. We do not take returns or refunds on used molds (custom-made products).
2. If you provide a wrong address for your order or will not recieve the order when it will be in your adress and it gets returned to us (unclaimed) you will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship item out again. No refund.
3. Refund or replacement is possible if you have not received your shipment within 6 weeks from the date of shipment. You must to place a claim in your Local Post department that your parcel is missing and send us a copy. If it was delivered (in a system by tacking number) and you didn't recieve it - it was stolen, also please place a report to Police and send us a copy of it.
4. We will not replace your mold because you are not happy with the finished of your casting. We can not predict how your epoxy/resin or wax with additives chemistry will react with the silicone. Adding products such as dyes, micas, alcohol ink, flowers, aroma additives not for wax can all cause different reactions with the finish of the mold. Please check the materials before using in silicone molds that they are suitble with it.
5. We are not responsible for managing the parcel after it has left our country (as soon as the parcel leaves the customs office of my country, the parcel will be transferred to the postal service of your country and from that moment all calls, communication with postal representatives, or correspondence with them should be conducted by buyer).
6. We are not responsible if the courier did not find you at home or did not leave you a note about the parcel, and after that the parcel returned to our country. You must track the package yourself in your Etsy account.
7. Import Duties and Taxes
Polmoldart is not liable for any fees or taxes you may incur if your order is held by customs. We advise that you make yourself familiar with your destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations regarding importing foreign goods and products. As the recipient, you are liable for all customs, import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
8. We ship parcels via AirMail with AVIS with tracking number (in your Etsy account). We are not responsible for delays due to customs or any postal issues. We are also not responsible for any unclaimed parcels. Sending is carried out at the address you specified, so please check the data carefully.
