Return and Exchange Policies

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me directly within 3 days of receipt of shipment, and I will do my best to remedy the situation. PLEASE NOTE: Any returns or exchanges will result in a restocking fee, depending on product and size. Framed Items, Canvas Prints, Greeting Cards and Custom orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged. If items are not returned in sellable condition, you will be liable for 50% of the retail value.

Do your prints come framed? If not, how do I frame my Artwork?

I am pleased to offer a good amount of my art framed and on canvas through a production partner, who is providing this as a service. Please see the section Canvas and Framed Art (https://www.etsy.com/shop/TinyToesDesign?section_id=21554492) to see what is available. Personally, however, I only produce fine art prints and do not frame or provide canvas myself. If you are looking for a more economical option for framing, I offer a comprehensive guide for framing. Please convo me with your questions.

How are prints packaged and shipped?

Your package ships from my studio in Charlotte, North Carolina via USPS, First Class mail. I offer shipping upgrades at checkout. All art is carefully packaged to ensure artwork is sufficiently protected during shipping. If you have any issues with your prints upon arrival, please convo me. 5x7, 8.5x11 and 11x14's are mailed in flat rigid mailers. 13x19 prints or larger are rolled in a mailing tube. This has been found to be the most economical and protective way of packaging to reduce chances of damage.

My purchase is a gift. Can you put a personal note in the package?

Absolutely. If your purchase is a gift, I can provide a personal note on my TTD card. Please include what you would like written on the card in the "note to sellers" box upon checkout.

How long will it take for my package to arrive (USA)?

Most orders, except canvas and framed art, ship within 1-3 business days. NOTE: 1st Class + Priority times are estimates and are NOT guaranteed. ☛ 1ST Class: 3-5 days after shipment and comes with tracking number, but NO insurance. TTD is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages that have not been insured. ☛ Priority: 1-3 business days AND allows for up to $100 in insurance. During holiday times, Priority is recommended (November - December). If you'd like more insurance, please convo me. ☛ Priority Express: 1-2 business days guaranteed. They come with tracking and full insurance. If you would like more insurance, please contact us (insurance claims can take up to 2 months to get resolved through the USPS).

How long do International Orders take to arrive?

Please allow 4-8 weeks for items to arrive from time of shipment. Often, it will arrive much sooner, but we rely on the postal service and customs in your country, as well as in the USA. ☛ First Class: Arrives in 2-8 weeks. DOES NOT have tracking numbers and are NOT insured. ☛ Priority Mail: Estimate between 6-10 business days. DOESN'T have tracking numbers and are NOT insured. ☛ Priority Express Mail: Takes between 3-7 business days. Fully traceable and insured. If you make a purchase over $100 USD Express mail is highly recommended, as this is the only method of shipping that offers FULL insurance. ** Other methods of shipping are available. Please contact us with any shipping questions or concerns.

What if my Package doesn't arrive?

Shipping address MUST BE 100% ACCURATE. If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately and we will provide a refund so you can reorder with the correct info. PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED TO ADDRESS IN THE ORDER. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for restocking fees. TTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is tracked and shows it is delivered, I will not replace items. If you're concerned with your mail carrier, consider purchasing Priority Express. Replacement of items will not be issued for items lost in transit until 8 weeks after the shipping date, and will only be provided if you purchased the insurance (through Priority Express option at checkout).

What makes your artwork different from a lot of the animal prints I see here on Etsy?

Etsy has lots of wonderful options, but is also a highly competitive marketplace. THE TinyToesDesign DIFFERENCE: The prints you buy here are from my original hand-painted and illustrated artwork made with watercolors, pastels, pencils and markers. NEVER do I use stock photography; and you will ALWAYS receive uniquely created pieces of artwork. I print with archival inks on fine art paper, making each reproduction look like the original painting. The quality is exemplary and speaks for itself. IS MY ARTWORK FOR YOU? My art might not be a fit for you if you want photoshopped printable downloads. If, however, you are looking for unique, hand-painted/illustrated designs, my prints will delight & bring lots of joy your way. ❤️ Brett

Do you offer digital downloads?

My artwork is only offered as fine art prints, gallery wrapped canvas and as framed art. The only pieces offered digitally on my shop are my Flashcards and stickers. Many people who ask are overseas, and although I understand that shipping to countries outside of the United States can be expensive, my copyrights have been violated numerous times and as a result, my need to protect myself and my creations will not allow for digital copies to be distributed.
