Your downloadable files are instantly available right after checking out. To find your purchased pattern, please go to "Your Account" -> "Purchases and reviews" tab on Etsy desktop If you have problems with downloading your file, please write to me

I bought a digital pattern but thought it was a physical product. Can I have it refunded.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/refunds for digital products for this reason. But if you accidentally ordered the same digital pattern twice, then we are able to exchange it with another pattern of the same value :)
