For standard UK orders, delivery is estimated at 3-5 working days after despatch. However these orders can take up to 14 working days.

For International orders, delivery is estimated at 5-14 days. However customs can severely delay orders, especially at busy times and therefore international orders may take up to 28 working days to arrive.

Please bear in mind, these delivery times are completely out of our control. Once an order is ship we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and it's international parties. These delays can happen and are not because of any fault on our part, we are here to help. so please be respectful when contacting us regarding your order. We stock thousands of items of band merch. Patches, bandanas, baseball caps, textile posters, t-shirt and badges. With hundreds of different bands available. We can add any in stock product to our Etsy store, so drop us a message if there's something specific you require!

Yes, we do not stock any items that do not support the bands. Buying unlicensed merch does not support musicians and their livelihoods. Buying official merch gives you more of a guarantee of quality too, as many unlicensed manufacturers supply inferior quality items.

All of our products are usually sent by a First Class service through Royal Mail. If you require a tracking number for your order, this can be done by selecting the shipping upgrade option from your shopping cart. This will give you a tracked and signed for service. Please bear in mind that a signature may be required when the item is received.

Adding tracking to a shipping label costs considerably more in the UK and does not come as standard. If you have not purchased tracked shipping - there is no way for us to give you any details about your orders jourmey.

Due to the high costs and complications involved with the LUCID packaging scheme, we are not able to ship orders to Germany. As Etsy does not allow UK sellers to limit the countries we can ship to, we have no choice but to add the maximum possible shipping cost to prevent orders being taken.

What's the difference?
Embroidered: The design is stitched on top of a woven fabric base and usually has larger stitchwork
Woven: Very similar to an embroidered patch, however the design is actually woven as the patch is made. This give the patch a smoother and exquisitely fine design. These patches are thinner but still very durable.
Printed: These patches are created by printing the design onto a woven fabric base. The designs are usually able to give more detail and shading.
