•You may have engraved personalization on the wood (letters/words only), included in the cost. Be sure of the phone model, as I cannot accept returns with personalization. I will send an Etsy message with a design proof.

•If you want a different design, please contact me on Etsy to inquire. I cannot add color or paint to the design.

If you need S8/Note 8 to S20/Note 20, please contact me for an order link. If you need an A-series phone 2022 or older, please contact me to see if I have your model available. I do not have anything newer than 2022 year models for the A-series.

•Compatible with MOST regular/tabletop wireless chargers. If you would like the case to be MagSafe-compatible, please select that option in the personalization section. If this is not selected, you will not receive a magnetic case.

•Phone grip Compatible, as long as the design is engraved in a way that allows space for one. If you want a blank space left for one, please let me know.

•Pre-finished real wood panel, approx 1/16" thick
•Plastic Body/frame, approx 1/16" thick
•Flexible black TPU sides, just under 1/16", some models have grips on the sides and some do not.
(total back thickness makes 1/8")

**These cases are protective enough for the average person & for the average drops. If you need something robust and bulky like an "OtterBox Defender", these may not be for you. These cases are slim in comparison. Feel free to contact me for photos of your model case, if you would like to be sure.

•1-2 business days, unless something comes up. This depends on the time of day you make the order and the amount of orders ahead of you.

•Check the expected delivery range in this listing in the "Shipping & Policies" section. If I am away, this will be adjusted, accordingly. Any away times will also be mentioned in my "Shop Announcement" section on my shop's main page.

•You are welcome to check with me if there is a timing concern. U.S. buyers in a rush should consider Priority Mail or contact me, just in case I am away.

US Buyers:
•USPS Ground Advantage is FREE for U.S. residents - 2-7 business days

•USPS Priority Mail is an upgrade offered at checkout.

I can offer other shipping services, but I must provide you with a quote based on your location. Shipping prices for FedEx and UPS are drastically different throughout the US. Due to the way Etsy is set up, as long as I have a "free shipping" option, they will not calculate this for me/you at checkout.

International:
•Canada: Asendia, 1-3 weeks for delivery. COD Fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need it faster, please contact me before purchase to see if a faster option is available and if the cost increases, as it depends on your providence.

•All other countries will be shipped with Asendia, then be transferred to your local postal service. Duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer and could be charged at delivery. Shipping time vary and take a minimum of 2 weeks.

•This does not come with a built-in screen protector, it is a single-unit case. It will NOT fit over the top of any other phone case. This case will only go directly over a bare phone. You can use most removeable screen protectors with this. As far as camera lens protectors, the fit may vary.
