***Care and Display***

Our boards and easel stands are designed for indoor use and built to stay sturdy and secure throughout your event. We have had customers use them outdoors with great results, but because outdoor conditions like wind and weather are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee stability outdoors. This does not reflect the quality or strength of the product, only that weather is unpredictable. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth and store flat.

***Cancellations and Refunds***

Cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before we send your first proof, and you receive a full refund with no fee.

Once we send your first digital proof, the design work is complete. From that point a $35 design fee is non refundable. It covers layout, typography, proofing and your revision rounds. Everything else stays refundable until you approve your proof, and if you cancel at this stage we send you the finished design file so you keep the work you paid for.

Once you approve the digital proof, production begins and the order becomes non refundable.

Two complimentary revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are $10 each.

Buyers are responsible for verifying all spelling, dates, sizing, and design choices on the digital proof.
