All templates are meant to be printed in actual size - 100%. If you desire a different size for any template, send me a message, I can change it for you!

The horizontal seating chart fits around 120 names, and the portrait version fits around 150. You can add a few less or a few more—please try the demo first.

The place card template is not designed for any pre-cut or branded place cards. It's intended to be printed on full sheet paper and trimmed to size. There is no import function—names must be entered manually.

The font included in the Claire collection contains beautiful swashes (the long lines in front and at the end of words). It is important to note that the use of these swashes may require a bit more time and effort when editing your text. To access the swashes, click on the words and navigate to the top editing bar. Select 'Glyph panel' to see what the font has to offer. Please try the demo first.

See individual item descriptions for more details.

HOME PRINTING
Download your template as a PDF with the ‘Show Bleeds’ and ‘Show Trim Marks’ options selected for easier trimming. Select ‘Save Paper’ to print multiple per page. Make sure your printers settings are set to '100%' or 'Actual size'. It is recommended to print on high-quality stock paper. For flat style cards, use card stock that is at least 110 lbs. Folded cards- print on 65lbs - 80lbs for easy folding. Test printing before the final print is recommended to ensure the desired output quality and layout.

PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Send your PDF or JPG files to a print center such as FedEx, Office Max, Office Depot, Walgreens, Staples, etc. It's recommended to verify the print company's preferred format before sending your files. Typically, they may request files to be downloaded with the 'Show Bleed' option selected.
