Just like you, and anything else that has hair, it sheds. This is the nature of using something with hair. No matter where you purchase your leather cowhide from, it will always shed. The parts that get more use will show wear sooner, such as the side that rubs against your hip. This is a natural process when carrying a beautiful cowhide hair on bag. If this is a side effect that you would not like, cowhide is not the best option for you. If this is something you are okay with, congratulations! Custom and personalized orders

Thankyou for asking about customs. Since every item is pre-made, I do not allow for customs. I am so sorry to disappoint! This includes Removing and Trimming fringes. I tell all of my customers that genuine leather fringe can be raw cut, so don't worry about trimming your fringe at home.

You will receive tracking information immediately upon shipment. If the item is delayed for an extended period of time, or if the carrier misdelivers your package or loses your package this will not be my responsibility. Please do not harass me or threaten me over lost items, though very rare in nature it is always a risk with any and every company. Normal items do not have insurance purchased as this is a add on. If you would prefer to protect your shipment with insurance and would like me to purchase this with the carrier, you may request a invoice with me prior to ordering. In the case an item is lost/misdelivered you would open a claim with usps.

Wrong Addressed Orders

Please check your address before submitting your order. I am not liable for wrong address mis-deliveries or shipping fees if returned to me. If an item is returned to me for an incorrect address I can either issue an invoice charge for a reshipment or I can move forward as a return. In the return, all fees associated with the return policy will apply. I will not be held financially responsible for an incorrect address shipment and this will be deducted from your refund.

What is tooled leather? It’s actually very simple, it’s any piece of leather that has been worked on in any way to have a design, initials, pattern or other decorative look applied to it. You use leather tools to make any decorative designs or patterns in leather. So tooled leather, means a piece of leather that has been tooled, or worked on, to make a design on it. However it has to be leather that has been cut, pressed or altered in some way of the leather itself.
