Floral arrangements - shipped worldwide. We do not have a flat rate shipping cost because each item is unique and the actual delivery cost will depend on your particular item size, weight and delivery address. Please get in touch for a shipping quote.

Decor structures - shipped by the courier delivery within the UK only.

Sundries - shipped worldwide by tracked and signed delivery service.

Floral arrangements - 2-3 working days for ready to go items, around 3 weeks for custom orders.

We do our best to make your order and ship it within the order processing time given in the listing, but once it has been handed to the post/courier, we have no control over the delivery progress.

Please note that delivery delays are highly possible at the moment due to the ongoing situation with the virus outbreak, severe weather conditions around the world.

We are not a factory and do not have mass manufacturing capacities. Each floral arrangement is handmade and unique, we won't be able to make a batch of 100% identical items. For this reason there's no wholesale availability on our floral arrangements.

In very rare cases your order may arrive in a badly damaged packaging. We understand that you may wish to get your item anyway and need it really quickly, but please DO NOT ACCEPT THE DAMAGED PARCEL. If you accept the damaged parcel, we won't be able to provide you with an adequate refund, as most shipping companies do not accept the claims after the item has been handed to the addressee.

SUNDRIES AND DECOR STRUCTURES

Returns are accepted for new (packed, unused and not altered) unwanted items. Please get in touch within 7 working days of your order delivery time if you would like to arrange a return. The customer will be liable for the return shipping costs and no initial shipping costs will be refunded. We will issue a refund equal to the item cost to your original payment method once we get your return back. It will take 2-5 business day to arrive.
No refund will be given for items returned not in their original condition.
All unwanted and undelivered (wrong address provided by the buyer or noone available at the address) returns are subject to 10% restocking fee charge.
