Every style is handmade upon order and ready to be shipped in 3-7 business days.
We ship from Greece to all over the world via DHL express with delivery time 1-5 business days.
Please be aware that delivery may experience delays due to your country's customs procedures. It's important to note that Greek Chic Handmades is not liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur during the shipment process by DHL Express.
Any customs fees or taxes that may occur burden the buyer and depends on each country's customs policies. If you decline to accept your shipment, the package will be considered abandoned, and we will not issue a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Exchange Only: As all the handmade products of our brand are exclusively made to order, there is no right of withdrawal, based on what is specifically provided in European Union Law.
2. Refunds are not available as part of our policy, but we are more than willing to help with exchanges when necessary.
3. Qualification for Exchange: In order to qualify for an exchange, the item(s) must satisfy the following conditions:
The item should be unused and unworn. The shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
The item should be in its original and undamaged packaging and labeling, securely placed in its original box and properly protected.
We accept returns for exchange ONLY within 7 days from the date of delivery.
4. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new product of the exchange.
5. Resolution of Malfunctions: Should a manufacturing malfunction occur, we will either rectify the problem or provide a replacement item for you.
