Marius is very friendly, kind and responsive. They were very quick to send a replacement case with tracking when the first one didn’t arrive by the postal service, which I really appreciated (even offering to let me keep the lost case as a gesture of goodwill if it ever arrived). The case was well wrapped, feels high quality, is soft and flexible, looks great and although I am yet to try it on my phone - the customer service was outstanding and very helpful. Thank you and all the best :)
