When will my order ship?

The processing time is 2-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) before an order ships depending on current order volume. Upgraded shipping options at checkout does not change the processing time. If you need something by a specific date, please send me an Etsy message prior to ordering to confirm it will ship in time. USPS delivery dates are only estimated and not guaranteed.

A size chart is available on the listing photos (measurements are in inches.) If you have any additional questions, please send a message. Returns or exchanges are not accepted as the items are made to order, so please make sure to refer to the size chart when ordering.

Does the shirt/tank come with the sleeves rolled up or tied?

Shirt sleeves or tanks will not be rolled up or come tied. The photo is shown as a way the shirt may be worn. Also props on display photos are not included with purchase. The listing is for the shirt only.

Custom and personalized orders

If you would like a custom order or to add a name on a shirt, please send me a message prior to ordering. If you just leave a note on the order, this may delay the processing time as I will need to confirm with you before any personalizations can be made.

I received my order and there is an error. How can this be resolved?

If there is a mistake with your order and the error is my fault, please notify me within 3 days of delivery. If the mistake is on my end, a refund for the item will be given.

My order has not been delivered or is lost

Orders are shipped using USPS. Once the item is in possession of USPS and is in transit, it is out of my control. I am not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. Shipping insurance is included for USPS standard ground shipping, priority shipping and express shipping. Please send a message in the event you believe your package is lost. Refunds will not be given for orders not received by the USPS estimated delivery dates.

USPS is returning my package, will you reship?

If a package is returned by USPS, the cost to reship will have to be paid. If the reshipping cost is not paid, there will be no refund given and your item will be donated. If an item is purchased with free shipping and is returned by USPS, the cost to reship will have to be paid. Orders will not be refunded in the event that a package is returned and will not arrive in time when reshipping. Please make sure to double check your shipping address when placing your order.

I ordered the wrong size or wrong shirt color.

Due to the items being made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted if a wrong color or size is purchased. Please refer to the size charts available on each listing or message with any sizing questions before purchasing. If you would like to see a mockup of a certain shirt color, please message before purchasing.
