Under what conditions is a replacement available?

For custom items, since they're made on order and are personalised, we only offer replacements in cases where there is an error on our part—such as incorrect engraving or text, wrong colour, or if the item arrives with a defect that cannot be fixed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for reasons based on personal preferences or subjective opinions. This includes, but is not limited to: allergy concerns, font style, product design, sizing, text size, jewellery measurements, colour shade differences, or material texture. Replacements are available for non-custom items.

Under what conditions is a return eligible for a refund?

For custom items, since they're made on order and are personalised, we only accept returns in cases where there is an error on our part, which cannot be fixed—such as incorrect engraving or text, wrong colour, or if the item arrives with a defect that cannot be fixed. However, we’re always happy to discuss and resolve any concerns with you. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original packaging, such as any gift box, pouch, etc. If any parts are missing or damaged, a small deduction for material costs will be applied to the refund. Please note certain items are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable under any circumstances.

What happens after a replacement/return is agreed?

If your item is confirmed to be eligible for a replacement or return, you’ll need to return it at your own cost—unless otherwise agreed or if the issue is due to our error, in which case we’ll cover the return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and include the original packaging (e.g. gift box).

What if my order hasn't arrived but it's past the est. delivery date?

The estimated delivery date is a reference, and most orders arrive within this timeframe. However, delays can occur. If your UK order has been in transit for 2 weeks, or your international order for 8 weeks, please contact us, and we'll assist you promptly.
