The Color Clause.
We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in monitors, digital photography, and the production variations of organic linen, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product.
We do, however, make swatches available at your discretion prior to purchase. Should you care to receive a fabric swatch, please contact us.

The Care.
The Linen Quilt by Clementine Threads is known for its exceptional quality and durability. With proper care, you can ensure that your linen quilt stays soft and beautiful for many years to come. Here are some care guidelines to follow for your pure linen quilt:

• Machine wash the quilt in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the fibers and affect the color of the linen.

• Tumble dry the quilt on a low heat setting or hang it up to air dry. Avoid over-drying or using high heat, as this can cause the linen to become brittle and lose its softness.

• If ironing is necessary, iron on the reverse side of the quilt using a warm iron. Avoid using a high heat setting, as this can scorch or damage the fabric.

• To remove stains, pre-treat them with a stain remover or a mixture of baking soda and water. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes before washing as usual.

• To maintain the quilt's shape and prevent shrinkage, avoid washing it with other heavy items like towels or denim.

• If you plan to store the quilt, make sure it is completely dry and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

By following these care guidelines, you can keep your European flax linen quilt looking and feeling great for years to come.
