Will you reveal my personal information if someone contacts you?

No. Never. By law, the buyer's information is totally private and never released. Whoever buys the prank remains hidden (unless you yourself leaves a review which would give yourself away). Strict privacy laws prevent any information from being released whatsoever. Also note that the information we see is very limited, and often all we see is a person's name and address that the items are being shipped to, and nothing else.

We run to the post office everyday (M - F at 4:00 pm), and Sat at 11 am, so your item goes out very fast. All items include tracking, which is attached to your order. Right now the post office it taking anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks to deliver on average. If your package gets caught up, send us an email and we will make you happy. Cheers! :)

What about Harassment?

We take harassment very seriously and don't condone it in the least. We only want people to send pranks to their friends and family who have a great sense of humor and can take a joke. This is why we don't send personal messages inside any our pranks. Simple as that! We hope you understand. And we want people to know that this is only a prank and nothing more.

Can I get this gag be sent to me, so I can then give it to my victim?

Normally all our prank items are shipped directly to the victim. However, if you want to mail these yourself, just put "Mail to Me" in the personalization box, and I will ship it to you in another discreet package.

Are the pranks really 100% anonymous?

Yes. All the pranks are sent from our PO Box in Michigan. No one will know who actually mailed it... It's 100% anonymous, unless you confess. Har har! :)

Can I have an item delivered on a specific date?

No. The post office delivers at their own pace. Once an item is mailed (I mail out same day or next day), it usually takes the post anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks to deliver a package on average (they move at their own pace, and during the holidays they slow down a lot). Keep this in mind when ordering. Cheers!
