🧶 Where do I find my purchased pattern? Etsy provides instant access to digital purchases: 1. Log in to Etsy. 2. Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews (www.etsy.com/your/purchases). 3. Find your order and click "Download Files". You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. 🧶 Can’t find your pattern? ✔ Ensure you’re logged into the correct Etsy account. ✔ If you checked out as a guest, find Etsy’s email titled "Your Etsy Purchase" (check spam/junk). ✔ Still having trouble? Message me your order number, and I’ll help! 🧶 Can you email me the pattern? If needed, I can send it directly by email👌, but downloading from Etsy ensures access to future updates.

🧸📏 The final toy size depends on the yarn weight and hook size used. You can increase or decrease the size by: ✔ Using thicker yarn & a larger hook for a bigger toy. ✔ Using thinner yarn & a smaller hook for a smaller toy. ✔ Keeping proportions in mind—if you change the yarn, you may also need to adjust eye size and stuffing. 🧶 If you’re looking for yarn substitutes, I recommend YarnSub (www.yarnsub.com) to find alternatives available in your region. Some of my customers have made huge plushies using jumbo yarn! If you’re planning to upscale a pattern significantly, I’d love to see the results. 😊

🧼 To keep your handmade amigurumi looking great: ✔ Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for small stains. ✔ If necessary, hand wash gently in cool water, reshape, and let air dry. ✔ Avoid machine washing if using safety eyes or plush yarn, as they may deform. ✔ If storing for a long time, keep in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. For plush yarn toys, a soft brush can help fluff up the fibers if they get matted over time!

🚨 PDF troubleshooting Issues

❓The pattern file won’t open or print correctly. What should I do? - Make sure the file is fully downloaded before opening. Large files with many images can take time to load. - Open the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or another reliable PDF viewer. - If printing, let all pages load before sending them to print. Some users have reported that printing before all pages are processed causes incomplete prints. ❓ Your downloaded file is corrupted/missing pages? Try re-downloading the file from your Etsy account. If you still have trouble, message me, and I’ll send you a fresh copy.

📏 Can I use a different yarn or hook size?

Yes! You can experiment with yarn weights and hook sizes to adjust the size of your finished toy. Each pattern provides recommended yarn and hook size, but many crocheters substitute based on availability. 🧶 A great tool for finding yarn substitutes is YarnSub (www.yarnsub.com), where you can check similar yarns available in your region.

💲Can I sell toys made from your patterns?

Yes! You may sell finished toys made by you (not mass-produced), but credit to the pattern designer (@olya.usolya) is appreciated when sharing photos or listing for sale.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

❓Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong pattern? Etsy’s policy states that digital downloads are non-refundable, as they are instantly accessible after purchase. However, if you haven’t downloaded the file yet, I can process a refund. ❓I thought I was buying a finished toy, but it’s a pattern. Can I get a refund? All listings are clearly marked as crochet patterns (PDF digital files), not finished toys. There are multiple indicators in the title, description, and images. Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds aren’t available after the file has been downloaded.
