These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Printdesign4you (hereinafter Printdesign4you) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

- Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with Printdesign4you, owner: Angela Arb, Kreuzäcker 1, 88480 Achstetten, Commercial Register: Amtsgericht Ulm, Zeughausgasse 14, 89073 Ulm, No. 717696

- Conclusion of contract
o The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
o By clicking the [Buy/Order at cost] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we receive your order directly from Etsy. It will then be delivered by Etsy or by e-mail.

- Right of cancellation
o By purchasing the goods, you agree to these terms and conditions and thus also to the exclusion of the right of cancellation. This begins with the provision of the service.

- Prices and shipping costs
o The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components applicable to the respective country of the buyer.
o For commercial buyers from third countries and the EU, the reverse charge procedure applies, in which case the VAT is borne by the recipient of the service.
o For commercial buyers from Germany, VAT does not have to be shown, as Printdesign4you is subject to the small business regulation.
o For private buyers from third countries and the EU, Etsy adds the necessary (and according to the legal conditions) amount to the invoice and is responsible for ensuring that this amount is paid to the relevant authorities.
Note (legal status 15/09/2020) : All prices quoted are total prices, plus shipping costs if applicable. No VAT shown (small business). I have no influence on any VAT charged by Etsy (as a reseller) on the delivery of digital products.

- Delivery
o The delivery takes place digitally and worldwide.
o The delivery time is up to 3 days. We will point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
- Payment
o Payment is made via the payment options offered by Etsy.com.
- Retention of title
o The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
- Dispute resolution
o The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
