How do I download a digital item?

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Etsy will send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

The GoodNotes app keeps crashing

This can usually be fixed by making sure both GoodNotes app and your iPad are fully updated, then completely restarting your iPad.

The Sticker files won’t upload onto GoodNotes

GoodNotes can be finicky when importing files, especially after a recent update. My first suggestion would be to download the sticker files from the Google Drive onto your iPad, then upload them onto GoodNotes from your iPad. Sometimes GoodNotes has trouble if you try and upload a file directly from a Google Drive. If that doesn’t work, here is a very helpful video which will guide you through some more options. https://tinyurl.com/ydscxa7y
