All custom neon signs are made specifically to your design requirements. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as “changed mind,” “does not fit my space,” “different color preference,” or “looks different than the mockup” (minor color/brightness variations may occur due to screen display and manufacturing process). Please review your design proof carefully before approving production.

Quality Problems & Transit Damage – We’ve Got You Covered

If your neon sign arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken LED lines, faulty solder joints, bent acrylic backplate, missing power adapter) or is physically damaged during shipping (e.g., cracked tubing, dented frame, loose connections), we will replace it at no extra cost. To claim a replacement, you must: Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery date. Provide clear photos or a short video showing: The damage or defect (close-up and full view) The original packaging (if damage appears to be from shipping) Include your order number and a brief description. Once verified, we will ship a replacement to your original shipping address within 3-5 business days.

12-Month Warranty for Electrical Components

We provide a 12-month warranty from the delivery date covering: Power adapter (transformer) Wiring and connectors LED neon strips or internal lighting system The warranty covers: Sudden failure of electrical parts under normal use Flickering or complete light loss due to internal defects The warranty does NOT cover: Damage from improper voltage, power surges, or use of third-party adapters Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping, bending, or DIY repair attempts Normal wear and tear, or fading of acrylic/color due to prolonged outdoor/UV exposure (unless your sign is specifically rated for outdoor use – please check product description) Damage from improper installation

Not neon and no glass tubing but sure looks like a neon sign. Very happy with this sign. It looks like the picture and I like that it has different brightness options. Definitely recommend.
