After purchasing a digital file, and once your payment is CONFIRMED, you will receive an email notification from Etsy that will say "Your order from PorsyPartyPrintable is ready to download!" with a VIEW YOUR FILES ON ETSY link.

You will also see a "Download files" link in your receipt:
1. Sign into your Etsy account
2. Click on "YOU" on the top right of the Etsy site
3. Choose "Purchases and Reviews" from the drop down list. You will see all your purchases made on Etsy, including this one.
5. Click on the orange "Download Files" button to access your files.

If your payment is still processing, the "Download files" button will be grey.

These files are good to print, now you can download them to your computer or flash drive, and print them at home or upload to a printing vendor's website.

Please note that you can't download a digital file thorough the Etsy app, to download your files, please sign into Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

There are no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. Print the file as many times as you need.

✿ MOST COMMON ISSUES ✿

1. You never received your email confirmation from Etsy.
SOLUTION. In most cases you will find them in your SPAM or JUNK folder.
2. You never received a file form me.
SOLUTION. I will not send the files since you are free to download them at any given time right after your payment is processed.

Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality and brands of paper, printers and ink you're printing with may vary the printing result, all our files are set at a high resolution of 300 dpi and we do not take responsibility for any color or variations you may experience.

If you're using an online vendor, or walk-in photo lab, to print out your files, please call 'them' to ask about their uploading processes as I'm unaware of how that vendor may operate.
If you have a lab print them, you may need to ask them to print your order without the "auto correct" so the colors print appropriately.

Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself. You are responsible for the printing of your invitation. I do not provide a copyright release, so make sure the company that you use for printing doesn't need one.
No refunds will be given for printing issues.
