Custom and personalized orders

We currently do not offer custom orders due to a time restriction.

We realize how difficult it may be to purchase clothing online, however we are here to help! We provide a size chart on each listing. If you still require additional information, shoot us a message! We are always here to help!

Each order will have a care card provided.

When will my order ship?

Current processing: 4 Weeks due to a high volume of orders, NOT including your chosen shipping method. We do offer a RUSH option, if you need your order shipped faster than our normal processing times. Please let us know if your order is needed by a certain date, so that we are aware. But Etsy gave me a delivery date: The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipients location, the seller's processing time and location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors - like placing an order on a weekend or holiday - may end up pushing the arrival of your item, beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, BUT given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not resell any apparel, all apparel is made to order just for you! Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase.

My package was not delivered, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hand deliver your purchase, as much as we'd like to meet ya! Please note that we are not responsible for delayed, damaged items or loss through the fault of the postal service. Once our items leave the door, it is then in the responsibility of the USPS to make sure your item is delivered. If you would like insurance on your items, please purchase Priority Shipping, which comes with a $50 insurance, or Priority Mail Express, which comes with a $100 insurance.
