🔹Use high-quality embroidery threads that are appropriate for your type of fabric (e.g., Madeira Polyneon 40 or Gunold Polyester 40).
🔹Use a stabilizer that is suitable for your type of fabric. (Only use a heavy 2.5 - 3 oz or 70-100 g cut-away stabilizer for stretchy garments, such as hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts).
🔹The stabilizer should be a few centimeters wider on each side than the embroidery hoop.
🔹Use temporary adhesive spray or sticky cut-away stabilizer (iron-on adhesive) when embroidering on stretchy garments, such as hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts.
🔹Ensure the fabric and stabilizer are tightly hooped in the embroidery frame. There should be no wrinkles or slack. The tension should be as tight as a drum.
🔹Embroider at a speed of no more than 700 stitches per minute.
