Where can I download my order?

Your files can be downloaded here www.etsy.com/your/purchases The files are also available if you sign in to Etsy.com in your browser (NOT APP) Go to account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Once you download the PDF, you should then CLICK ON THE BLUE LINKS that will bring you to google drive to download the files.

I just recieved a PDF with instructions, where are the files?

Click on the Links inside the PDF and it will bring you to the files for your order. Etsy has file size restrictions, in order to provide the highest-resolution files I use Google Drive to provide the downloads.

Where should I print my files?

I highly recommend using an online print service such as Mpix or Shutterfly for printing as I've seen consistently great results from these companies. If you would like to have it printed locally please try to avoid printing at Staples. I recommend Costco, Walgreens, Walmart Etc. Paper: I suggest a high quality photo paper Matte or lustre finish. Canvas is also a great option for any of the prints.
