How can I download my purchased digital art?

*To download to your computer; Click your avatar located to the left of the shopping icon in the upper right corner. And go to Purchases and Reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There is no way to download your files through the Etsy mobile app. Go to etsy.com using Google chrome and similar browsers on your smartphone. Follow the same download guide for computer after logging into Etsy's website.

What should I do if the digital art I downloaded is lost or accidentally deleted on my computer?
