Yes, we offer custom designs. Customers should provide us with a black and white PNG version of their business logo. We also offer personalization on the majority of our products.

We specialize in metal signs and art for both indoor and outdoor use. Our products are made from 18 gauge steel and are cut using laser cut technology. We offer 5 different finishes for our signs: black, red, white, copper, and silver. We offer 6 sizes for our metal signs: 12, 14, 18, 24, 30, and 36 inches. The specific sizes available will vary based on the design.

Wholesale availability

We do not offer wholesale options at this point, but if someone is interested in buying in bulk, they should reach out and we will work something out.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging. However, we can include a short personalized note.

Do your signs come with hanging materials?

Our metal sign does not come with hanging materials. Please read our product description for suggestions on how to hang the sign.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Customers can cancel their order 12 hours after placing the order. After this timeframe, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order before submitting to ensure accuracy.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes us 5-7 business days to produce the sign, then 3-7 business days for shipping time. At this time, our production partner does not offer expedited shipping, so we highly encourage buyers to plan ahead of time for special occasions.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds on personalized items due to their nature. However, if an item arrives damaged, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item. The customer has 48 hours to inform us and return the item to us if they want a refund, and in its initial packaging.
