All items in our shop are made to order, which means production begins shortly after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges once an order has been submitted (including size or design changes). If your item arrives damaged or there’s a production error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or changed. If you need to cancel, please message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before production starts.
