DJI RS3 Mobile Phone Mount, Rokform Case Attachment (3D Printing Files)

These models were designed to be printed at 0.1mm layer height using 0.4mm nozzle, but im sure you could get away with 0.2mm layer height
Use PETG if you want the plastics not to warp in high temperatures, ie, outside sun
100% infill for maximum strength for most pieces, Mount base could be at 25%
No supports are needed, as long as you have your bridging dialed in well
All files are pre orientated

You will need:
2 x 8mm long (3mm head + 5mm thread) M4 Countersunk Bolt
2 x 30mm long (5mm head + 25mm thread) M5 Hex Bolt
2 x M5 Nuts
Superglue for attaching Phone Mount to Phone Mount Base

30x5mm N45 Neodymium Large Disc Magnet
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE MAGNET

I have specifically included one on my case so you could attach it to my mount that I have designed, however, if you use the full size one at 30x5mm
It will interfere with the S Pen as it works with magnetism
Theres a few things you could do, either use a thinner one like 30x3mm, and behind that use a 30x2mm steel disc to shield the phone / S Pen from the magnetism
A smaller one like 25x2mm N45 magnet, follow by a 30x3 steel disc behind it
A steel disc by itself, that way the mount that the phone attaches to still gets magnetised onto the steel in the case, with zero magnetism on the phone case itself
Or just leave the phone case magnet hole empty

On a Prusa printer, after I inserted the magnet into
Phone Mount Base (Pause during print at 6mm, check polarity of 30x5mm magnet, insert it into the print, resumt).stl
The printer halted due to fan error
This was due to the large magnet causing interfering with the radiator fan, in that case you may want to slice it into two parts and superglue it back together

As this is a digital item, there are no options for a refund
