How do I download my digital purchase?

Sign in to Etsy in a desktop or mobile browser, then go to Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. Etsy does not currently support downloading digital purchases inside the Etsy app.

Why did I receive a PDF instead of the artwork?

Selected large collections use a small PDF as a delivery guide. Open the PDF and use its download button or link to access the private product folder. The PDF is not the artwork. Listings delivered directly by Etsy will provide the product files on the purchase page.

Which file formats are included?

Formats vary by product. A listing may include JPG, PNG, or both; selected creator kits also include editable PPTX templates. Please check the listing's WHAT YOU RECEIVE section before purchasing. SVG, AI, and EPS are not included unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.

My ZIP file will not open. What should I do?

Make sure the complete ZIP has finished downloading, save it to your device, and extract/unzip it before opening the individual files. Check that your device has enough free storage. If the problem continues, message me with the listing name, device, and browser.

Are these physical products?

No. ClprtCo listings are digital downloads unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Will printed colours exactly match my screen?

Screens, printers, inks, papers, and colour settings vary, so exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. For an important project, make a small test print before producing the final quantity.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because the shop sells digital products, Etsy's displayed digital-item policy applies. If you have a download, access, or file problem, please contact me through Etsy so I can help resolve it.

Do you offer custom work?
