Sadly, we can't offer custom items at this time. This is due to our already large workload online, in store and the wholesale portion of our business.

Of course, our return procedure is very simple. Simply send us a message here and as long as the item is not worn, undamaged, in original condition and re-sellable and returned within 14 days of purchase, we will happily refund you. We cannot however refund shipping costs. We will also refuse a refund if we suspect the item has been worn or is not in perfect condition on arrival.

We urge all customers to please be patient as delays are common in the postal system during busy periods such as Christmas. We ship all orders via Etsy shipping (Royal Mail) and tracking will be available under your purchases tab. Due to delays, we ask all customers to place orders early. We don't have any delays in dispatching and we dispatch in 1-2 days.

Of course, we supply to most of the major castles and establishments in Scotland. Please send us a message to enquire along with your shop name and your email address/ phone number and our sales executive will be in touch the same day.

Please remove your jewellery while showering and partaking in sports. Steam and extreme moisture can compromise the clarity of the resin, as can perfumes. We cannot refund items which have intentional or accidental damage such as a lack of care.

Of course, we would love to have you! Our shop is located at the Hidden Lane in Finnieston, we are easy to find from there. We are open 10am - 5pm Mon - Saturday. We can also offer private shopping experiences and late night shopping.

Please be advised that we have just added a next day Royal Mail delivery option to our checkout procedure. We recommend choosing this option for domestic Christmas orders, especially in December. This service means that on dispatch, your order will be delivered in 1-3 days at absolute peak times. Royal Mail prioritises next day delivery at peak times and this is a strong way to get your order faster.
