I always ship within the estimated shipping time frame outlined on my shop orders. Once shipped, domestic orders can take from 2-10 business days. International orders take from 2-4 weeks. These times also depend upon the shipping method you choose, the speed of the post, and shipping delays.

Returns/refunds/cancellations

If there is a fulfillment error, please contact me and I will ship a replacement at no charge. For damaged items, please contact with me and provide photos of the problem. I accept cancellations unless the item has already been shipped.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

If you believe your package has gotten lost in the mail, contact me and I will get in touch with USPS for you. USPS domestic packages are considered officially lost after 30 days of shipping time with tracking updates.

Custom/personalized orders

Yes, I do custom orders! I can do custom buttons, adding holo, etc. Just send me a message about what you want!

Adding items to existing order

If I haven't shipped your previous order yet you can: 1) Purchase the new item in a new order and I'll refund the shipping cost and combine your packages into one order. 2) I can cancel the old order and you can reorder everything together.

Shipping Restrictions

I do not ship to countries in the EU due to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) and Germany's LUCID Packing Register.
