When will my order ship?

You can find your "SCHEDULED SHIP DATE" on your confirmation email and invoice. Your order will ship on or before this day. Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy gives an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Please note these dates are ESTIMATES only; they are not guaranteed by UPS or USPS. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order.

How long will it take to make this?

Each item has a specific turnaround time. Turnaround times are different than shipping times and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. Typically, our embroidered items range from 1-2 weeks, while our vinyl items range from 3-5 days. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing.

What if I need this by a specific date?

Our turnaround time is listed for each item, and varies. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing AND include the NEED BY DATE with the order. If we are not contacted or a need by date is not included with the order, there is no guarantee it will arrive for that date. If an order must be rushed or shipped Express, the customer is responsible for this fee and if not purchased, the item will not be shipped as an rush order. *Please note that ONLY EXPRESS SHIPMENTS arrive in a guaranteed shipping time. Any standard shipping is not guaranteed to arrive by any specific date, and any shipment arriving after any need by date with standard shipping is not considered late by the carrier.

Why does my package says delivered but isn't or tracking is not updating?

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling. If possible, either us or the customer can file for a lost package claim. If the claim is approved by the shipping carrier, we will offer either a refund or replacement. If the claim is not approved, we will not issue a refund or replacement item.

What if there is a mistake with my order when I received it?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. If the order was made with the notes you left and but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, we will not remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on our part, we will replace the item with a corrected item. A return of the incorrect item/items may be required. In this case, a return label will be sent to the email of your choosing for the return. If you refuse to return any item/items, we will not issue a refund or replacement until the return is complete.

Can I change my address on an order?

Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item is at our store and not shipped yet, we try our best to change the address for you.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*

Each listing has a size chart to choose the best fit. We recommend always going by the size chart. We will not choose a size for you based on height and weight due to ensure the proper fit.

Can you send a proof of my order?

In order to keep our turnaround as fast as possible on all items, we DO NOT send proofs for individual orders. We do provide a font preview chart, as well as all color charts in each listing photos, as well as a link to view the specific font for each listing in the description area. If you have any questions/concerns about a font/monogram please message us. If any information is not left including Font or Colors, the best available option will be used by our design team in order to process orders in a timely manner. If possible, we will reach out with any questions, but can not hold orders if there is no response.

Can I Return or Exchange my order?

We accept exchanges only on non-personalized orders. You can ship it back to us, and once we receive it we will send you the shipping charge to send out the replacement. Please make sure you put your order number inside the package when sending it back! We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any Personalized Item due to the nature of the Personalization. PLEASE reach out to us with any questions before ordering to ensure the item you are purchasing is what you are looking for!

The only thing I would say is better packing when shipping. The leather handles are not the best quality so when you shove the product in a bag to ship, the handles get all creases and twisted. I ordered six and needed to try to straighten them out before giving as gifts.
