Can you help me to download my order?

Downloads can be found on your confirmation email from Etsy as well as in your account under purchases. If you need any further assistance please feel free to message me and I will be happy to send you the direct link to your email.

When I downloaded my file I only received a PDF.

This is correct, on the pdf you will find instructions to access Canva template. Please click on the image of the flyer. This image is a hyperlink and will take you directly to your file.

Do I need Canva Pro to use templates?

No, templates are editable in the free version of canva as well as canva pro. I would advise getting canva pro so that you’re able to access all features.

When I downloaded my template the stock photo used isn’t there, why so?

Our templates are used for you to make them your own. Meaning change photos to fit your business/brand, font text, background and colors etc. Unfortunately all the stock photos used in our editable templates aren’t free so we’re unable to allow you to access their photos. Some of the stock photos that are used are sold on Etsy. If ever you need the actual photo that was used please feel free to reach out to us and we will be sure to direct you to the etsy shop who owns the photo(s) so that you may purchase them directly for your use.
