Do you design custom coffee mugs, travel mugs, and more?

No, we do not offer custom products at this time.

Do you sell outside of the US?

While we don't offer shipping outside of the US for Etsy purchases, please visit sweetwaterdecor.com to place any international orders!

What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns for non-used items are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus return shipping charges. This window is extended to 30 days for purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas to account for holiday gift giving. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. All returns are store credit only. Store credit is redeemable on our main website, https://www.sweetwaterdecor.com/. Made to Order items are not eligible for a return or exchange. These items are marked in the item description. You can find this information under "Shipping and return policies" on the individual product. Please reach out to us with any issues on your made to order items.

I want to purchase many of your items for an event, can you ship them to each individual? Do you offer discounts?

We can! Each item will need to be purchased separately so that shipping is accurate for your order. If you'd rather order all at once and hand them out yourself, you can place 1 large order. If you'd like our thank you notes to give to each person, please leave a note for us to include them. When ordering gifts, you can add Create Your Own Gift Box to your order to make it special: https://www.etsy.com/listing/693298165/create-your-own-gift-box-motivational?ref=shop_home_active_2&frs=1&crt=1 We do not offer any discounts or coupons.

When should I order for the holidays?

With a rise in online shopping and number of packages in the USPS, UPS, and FedEx systems, we encourage you to shop as soon as possible for the holidays. Once the middle of December hits, that is the very possible time we would recommend shopping in order to get your package in time. We cannot guarantee any delivery date due to unforeseeable delays in the FedEx, UPS, and USPS systems. As a small business, we are doing the best we can, working around the clock, to get packages out asap, all while growing our warehouse and production teams to do so. Package delays are something out of our control so we encourage you to shop early and choose FedEx as your shipping provider as they are more reliable than USPS.

What gift packaging options do you offer?

At checkout, select our free “Mark order as gift” option to hide prices on the packing slip and add a personalized message to your order! Please note that some packages may include a photo of the contents on the outside of the box. To keep your gift a surprise, we recommend choosing our "Create Your Own Gift Box" option for more discreet packaging.
