Why is my download a pdf file?

Occasionally, some of my digital products exceed Etsy's file size limit, and in these cases, I store those products on my Google Drive. When you download your purchase from Etsy, you'll receive a link to access the product on Google Drive. If you're not comfortable using Google Drive as a download service, please let me know and I'd be happy to upload the product to an alternative transfer service

Why can't I sell or distribute textures created using your images?

If you wish to sell or distribute your work that includes my images, it must be a complete, finished product rather than a design resource. Creating new clipart or textures by merging images or textures and selling or distributing them for free is prohibited. If you are unsure about the distinction between a design resource and a finished product, please contact me.

Why are my white images not printing correctly?

Most printers, including home printers and professional printing equipment, use CMYK color model, which doesn't include white. The letters stand for C=cyan, M=magenta, Y=yellow, and K=black. When you replace your ink or toner, you'll notice that there is no white. Therefore, white images won't print as intended on paper and require some design work first. The lightness of an image in print is determined by the thickness or opacity of the ink or toner used in the printing process.
