All shipping costs include a "handling" fee which covers the cost of packaging and travel to and from the post office. If you see the shipping cost displayed on your label is 1-2 Euros cheaper than the shipping cost you paid, that is why. Any overages that exceed the cost of postage + the 1-2 Euros handling fee will be refunded.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will generally be shipped within 1-5 business days from Paris, France via "La Poste".

How long will it take to get my order?

Items are shipped from Paris, France. All orders shipping within France are considered Domestic and will be delivered within 2-5 business days. See below for details on international orders. Once your item is shipped, you should receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes ! Make sure to send me a message if you have a specific request regarding shipment and destination.

The price of shipment will depend on the total weight of the package. International packages typically take 5-15 business days to arrive to their destination. Please note that international orders (outside of France), can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. International orders may have customs or import duties applied - I am not responsible for these extra costs and/or delays.

Wholesale availability

I am happy to say all items in my shop are available at wholesale prices depending on the quantity! Here are some of my terms and conditions for wholesale orders (prices upon request only): -Chargebacks are not accepted for unsold merchandise, or merchandise that goes on sale. If you would like to return any of the items for any reason, it has to be done within 14 days of receipt of the items, and refunds will only be processed once the returned items have arrived. -Merchandise will arrive in their original packaging, designed and packed by me. Postage to the UK was a bit much, if I’d of realised how much it was I maybe would of ordered something else alongside it to make it a bit more worth it but the item itself is lovely, very good quality and there was cute stickers in the package too! I would definitely recommend these products though, thank you x
